Senator Halford, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that               
Uniform Rule 23, publication notice, be waived on SENATE BILL                  
NO. 36 "An Act relating to interest on and repayment of A. W.                  
Brindle memorial scholarship loans; and providing for an effective             
date" for the Finance Committee meeting on March 9 at 9:00 a.m.
